Group Facilities provide the tools and services that support the functionality, safety, and sustainability of people, buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and real estate. Their purpose is to improve and maintain people’s quality of life and the productivity of the core business. They enable colleagues working on our sites to focus and succeed in their roles. We are the Jacks of all trades with the finger on the pulse of the business; from refurbishments and moves, contractor and suppliers over to nuts and bolts to meetings and events all the way to a simple pen, we get involved, it’s just what we do.
Strategic Projects is an expert partner for delivering changes big and small across our creative and group functions. From enabling strategic ambitions for our business, to improving day to day operations for specific parts of the business. They have a wealth of skills across business analysis, business change, communications, governance, partnerships, test and release management and training.
The Group Strategy team support the Leadership Team and colleagues across the business to ensure we are identifying opportunities to reach new audiences and markets and delivering profitable, organic growth.
